Miguhara Cica Bakuchiol Cleanse Toner is a gentle, soothing, and purifying facial toner created for daily use. This toner not only effectively removes makeup residue and impurities but also soothes irritated skin, reduces redness, and helps restore the skin's pH balance. The toner contains two main ingredients: Centella Asiatica (759,942 ppm), known for its soothing, anti-inflammatory, and skin-restoring properties, and Bakuchiol, a natural, plant-based alternative to retinol that gently works on the skin to reduce wrinkles and fine lines without the common side effects of retinoids. Miguhara Cica Bakuchiol Cleanse Toner is also enriched with niacinamide, which helps regulate sebum production and brightens the skin, as well as other beneficial ingredients like panthenol and allantoin that moisturize and soothe the skin.
